-For returns due to a simple change of heart by the customer, any incurred international shipping fees and taxes will be borne by the customer. Therefore, we kindly request careful consideration before making a purchase.

*Shipping
-In the case of Zippoaze Global Shipping, rigorous inspection are conducted before shipping the products. To prevent any mis-packaging or omissions, we capture photos and videos during the packing process.
-We use K-package, a fast and secure premium service by Korea Post. You can track your shipment with the registered tracking number until it is successfully delivered.
-Your order will be shipped via Korea Post International Parcel, and you can track the shipment using the tracking number registered on eBay. (For orders to the United States, tracking is available through USPS.)
-If your eBay order page shows that delivery has been completed but you have not received the package, please first check with the delivery agent from the postal service of the respective country who sent you a message or text.

-Depending on the stock rotation, the production year indicated on the insert body may vary.
-We dispatch items after a meticulous inspection. During the inspection process, to verify the fit of the case, the insert is repeatedly placed in and taken out, which might result in very fine scratches.
-The fit between the lighter case and insert can vary for each product. To ensure a snug fit, we've incorporated an additional step during the insert inspection,  verifying the alignment before dispatch.
